Five minutes. Three exercises. This free video shows exactly how face yoga boosts circulation and helps skin look lifted - without any creams or equipment.

Yoga is not a cure. It is a conversation your body learns to have with itself.
- Mansi Gulati
Mansi Gulati has spent 26 years studying, practicing, and teaching yoga - with a deep focus on face yoga as a natural alternative to surgical and chemical interventions.
She has conducted sessions at 28+ Governor Houses, the Vice President's residence, embassies, schools, and universities across India. She shared the stage with Baba Ramdevji and Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji at Kumbh Mela. Her 17th and 18th books were released by the Hon'ble Vice President Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, and she has received personal recognition from President Droupadi Murmu.
Face yoga is a set of targeted exercises for the 43 muscles in your face and neck. Regular practice increases blood flow, tones muscle, and gives skin a healthier, more lifted appearance: all without needles or fillers.
Specific movements strengthen the muscles beneath your skin, creating a natural lift in cheeks, jawline, and around the eyes.
Each session improves blood circulation to facial tissue, bringing oxygen to the surface. The glow is a side effect of healthier skin cells.
Most people carry tension in their jaw, forehead, and neck. Face yoga teaches you to recognise and release it, which also reduces stress lines over time.
Improved lymphatic drainage can visibly reduce dark patches, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone with consistent practice.
No equipment or studio needed. A daily 10-minute routine is enough to see visible changes within a few weeks.
Face yoga draws from traditional pranayama and yogic facial techniques. Mansi adapts them for everyday modern life.
These are the things women in the Manasvani community report most often — usually within the first few weeks of daily practice.
Targeted exercises improve tone in the cheeks, jawline, and neck area.
Better circulation and lymph flow help fade dark spots and uneven patches over time.
Oxygenated skin cells give your complexion a lit-from-within look.
Facial massage techniques drain excess fluid from around the eyes and cheeks.
The breathwork built into face yoga sessions has a measurable effect on the nervous system.

Mansi clears every doubt so patiently. The recordings and study material make it easy to practice again. Amazing experience. So glad I joined.

This is my 5th session with her and the results are absolutely great. She's completely dedicated to her work. Must try at least once.

The sessions are interactive and educational at the same time. I learned so many things I wasn't aware of. Every exercise is explained with patience.

Theory and practical material is very well planned. Great in-depth knowledge of the subject. My gratitude to Mansi and the whole team.

I love this course. The teachers are clear and professional and always willing to help. Very happy to be learning here.

I've done face yoga with many teachers - Mansi's approach genuinely stands out. The sessions are useful and fun. Looking forward to more.

Yes. Women from their late 20s to their 70s practice face yoga. The exercises are gentle and adaptable — Mansi adjusts them based on where you are in your skin journey.
Most students notice improved circulation and a fresher look within the first 1–2 weeks of daily practice. Firming and pigmentation changes typically appear around 3–4 weeks. Consistency matters more than duration.

No equipment needed. Your hands, a mirror, and 10 minutes are enough to start. No prior yoga experience required.
Yes. Improved lymphatic drainage and blood circulation — both directly stimulated by face yoga — reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and dark spots over time.
Absolutely. While the community is largely women-led, the techniques work equally well for men. Skin health is not gender-specific.
